DOUGLAS A. HUBERMAN
REAL ESTATE, ACADEMIC AND PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY
U.S. Air Force Top Gun Major Doug Huberman’s real estate career started as a Professor of Economics when he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Pike’s Peak Area Council of Governments Socio-Economic Advisory Committee… a government agency tasked with evaluating the Tax Reform Act of 1987 real estate collapse and with making recommendations for recovery.
In 1992, Mr. Huberman left academia and joined CNA Enterprises, Inc. as a Real Estate Financial Analyst. Three years later, Mr. Huberman was promoted to Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer overseeing the
acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, management and daily operations of the firm’s nationwide billion-dollar real estate portfolio with a special emphasis on turning around troubled assets.
In 1997, he founded RVM Associates and began investing in real estate assets on behalf of friends, family and a close circle of business associates. In 2001 he founded Asset Management Consulting Services, which turns
around troubled real estate projects nationally and, in 2017, he co-founded Lexington Property Management.
In his capacity as President of a family of real estate companies and Managing Member of numerous Limited Partnerships/Limited Liability companies including Cheng 90/10 LLC, he has acquired, financed, repositioned,
asset managed, leased, developed and sold hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate ranging from raw land to regional power centers and from apartment buildings to grocery anchored neighborhood shopping centers to
multistory mixed-use properties
(combining retail, residential and office) and from Triple Net
Investment properties to investment quality single family homes.

sales, property tax liens and strategic investing in close proximity to major infrastructure improvements including freeways, bridges, mass-transit stations, hospital expansions and schools/universities.
